I was introduced recently to Chai Zen Diet Tea.

I usually drink green tea on a fairly regular basis as I understand the health benefits of green tea in general, the only thing that stops me drinking it on a daily basis is the fact that green tea can often have quite a bitter after taste.

This is NOT the case with Chai Zen tea, I'm actually sipping it now as I write this article and the taste is mild and soft, there's no bitter taste at all.

For me, I'm not really interested in losing too much weight , I just want to tone up a bit but most importantly for me are the health benefits of drinking green tea.

HOWEVER, for people who DO want to lose a few pounds, drinking green tea is a very well documented way of losing weight by incorporating it into your diet plan.
