what are the best green tea brands to help speed up metabolisms?
how many cups a day and when?
does it have to be the tea-bag kind of green tea, or can it be Arizona Green Tea?

I heard green tea is good for your metabolism and losing weight...but I find it a little bitter....will adding sugar or honey make the effect of Green tea disappear? or is there another way to make it taste more yummy?
thanks
